  • Late payments may delay project timelines

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio
  • Use project materials for marketing purposes

Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, integrations) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Revisions & Scope

Projects are scoped in advance. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

We aim to be flexible, but clarity in scope ensures quality and timely delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Supply required content, assets, or access
  • Communicate clearly throughout the project

Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms such as Webflow, Supabase, Netlify, or other tools.

We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes made by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Website downtime caused by third-party services
  • User misuse or unauthorized access

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond what is outlined in your agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not fulfilled.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
