All projects are delivered in defined sprints with a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and fee. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the initial invoice is paid.

Payments
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may pause work until the account is current. All fees are non-refundable for work already completed.
Feedback & approvals
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to keep the sprint on schedule. Delays in feedback may shift milestones and delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, you own the final design and code deliverables. WebSprint Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
WebSprint Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific sprint in question.
Updates
We may update these terms as needed. Continued engagement with WebSprint Studio after updates indicates acceptance. Last updated: .
