Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging WebSprint Studio for any services. By proceeding, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
WebSprint Studio provides web design, development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal. These terms govern general use of our website and do not constitute a service contract on their own.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and code - is owned by WebSprint Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in their project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets needed to complete a project. Delays caused by late client input may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of WebSprint Studio.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. WebSprint Studio reserves the right to pause or withhold work if payment obligations are not met. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
WebSprint Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that project.
Third-Party Tools and Services
We may recommend or integrate third-party platforms (such as CMS systems, hosting providers, or analytics tools) as part of our work. We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or policies of those third-party services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
